What if I lose my Tibi.com Account Password?
Submit a “Forgot Your Password” form upon login, and a temporary password will be emailed to the email address listed on the account.
Will I be taxed on my purchase?
We only charge tax for shipments to New York and Georgia in the US. International orders are subject to duties and taxes paid for by the customer to the carrier upon delivery.

What is the price adjustment policy?
We offer price adjustments in the form of store credit on full price products that have been reduced within 7 days of purchase. Items purchased on Sale, with a promotional code or during a flash or sample sale are not eligible for a price adjustment.
