How do I place an order?
Tibi.com customers may place an order online or by calling our customer service representatives at 1-888-420-3334 who are available Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
How do I become a Tibi.com Registered Customer?
Tibi.com allows you to become a Registered Customer by simply filling in the required information and saving your information. Once registered, we will send you a confirmation email.
What if I lose my Tibi.com Registered Customer Password?
Tibi.com will email you a temporary password to the email address listed on the account.
What if I want to change my Registered Customer profile?
Tibi.com allows you to update and change your Registered Customer account whenever you would like to. Simply log in, click “edit” to make a change, and then “Save” once the appropriate corrections have been made to the account. Do I have shipping options?
Tibi.com ships via UPS and allows you the opportunity to upgrade your shipment for the agreed upon price. Complimentary Ground (7-10 Business Days), 2-Day $18, and Overnight $25.
What is the Overnight Rush Shipping cut-off?
Orders placed after 2PM EST Monday-Thursday will not be guaranteed 2nd Day nor Overnight delivery. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be eligible for 2nd Day nor Overnight shipping.
Will I be taxed on my purchase?
Tibi.com does not charge sales tax in the United States with the exception of New York and Georgia. Tibi.com cannot override the designated state sales tax of these states.
Does Tibi.com ship internationally?
Tibi.com does not ship outside of the United States at this time. We are happy to service your international order requests through our Tibi Boutique whenever possible. Please call our Boutique at 212-226-5852 or Email CustomerService@tibi.com for details.
Can I add something to a pending order?
You may track your order to determine whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order is still in the fulfillment center, please contact our customer service representative at 1-888-420-3334 with your order confirmation number available.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to request an exchange, please call 1-888-420-3334 or email customerservice@tibi.com.
What is a Virtual Gift Card?
Tibi.com allows you to purchase and send a Virtual Gift Card to someone by simply entering the dollar amount you would like to provide.
How does a Virtual Gift Card work?
Tibi.com will send you an email confirmation with the Virtual Gift Card identification number and security code once your transaction is complete.
How does the Recipient receive the Virtual Gift Card information?
Tibi.com provides you the option to either email the recipient personally, or to have a Tibi.com email sent directly to them, notifying them of the gift and amount.
Can I return my Tibi.com order to the Tibi Boutique?
Tibi retail stores will not accept Tibi.com returns or exchanges. Please ship returns to:

What is an RMA?
Tibi.com will provide you an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization code, which is the return identification.
Why do I need an RMA?
Tibi.com identifies all returns by the Return Merchandise Authorization code, without which you are not guaranteed credit for your return.
I have not received my RMA, what do I need to do?
Tibi.com will not provide an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization code if your order has exceeded the allotted 14 day period. If your order is within the 14 day period, please contact Tibi.com Customer Service by either calling, 1-888-420-3334 or emailing customerservice@tibi.com.
