How do I become a Tibi.com Registered Customer?
Tibi.com allows you to become a Registered Customer by simply filling in the required information and saving your information. Once registered, we will send you a confirmation email.
What if I lose my Tibi.com Registered Customer Password?
Tibi.com will email you a temporary password to the email address listed on the account.
What if I want to change my Registered Customer profile?
Tibi.com allows you to update and change your Registered Customer account whenever you would like to. Simply log in, click “edit” to make a change, and then “Save” once the appropriate corrections have been made to the account. Do I have shipping options?
Tibi.com offers 3 UPS services within the United States: Complimentary Ground Shipping, 2-Day for $18, and Overnight for $25. Tibi.com offers UPS Express Saver to Canada for a flat shipping rate of $34, and to the following countries for a flat shipping rate of $78: the United Kingdom, China/Hong Kong, France, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, Singapore, Netherlands and Sweden. Shipping to Australia is $100 AUD. In addition, for all shipments outside of the United States, duties and taxes are applicable upon delivery.
What is the Overnight Rush Shipping cut-off?
Orders placed after 2PM ET Monday-Thursday will not be guaranteed 2nd Day nor Overnight delivery. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be eligible for 2nd Day nor Overnight shipping.
Will I be taxed on my purchase?
Tibi.com does not charge sales tax in the United States with the exception of New York and Georgia. Tibi.com cannot override the designated state sales tax of these states.
Does Tibi.com ship internationally?
Tibi.com currently processes international orders through the website to the following countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, China/Hong Kong, France, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, Singapore, Netherlands and Sweden. Can I add something to a pending order?

What is an RA?
Tibi.com will provide you an RA, Return Authorization code, which is the return identification.
Why do I need an RA?
Tibi.com identifies all returns by the Return Authorization code, without which you are not guaranteed credit for your return.
I have not received my RA, what do I need to do?
Tibi.com will not provide an RA, Return Authorization code if your order has exceeded the allotted 14 day period. If your order is within the 14 day period, please contact Tibi.com Customer Care by either calling, 1-888-420-3334 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the price adjustment policy? We offer price adjustment in the form of store credit on products that have been reduced within 7 days of purchase. Please note items purchased with a promotional code or during a flash or sample sale are not eligible for a price adjustment.
