Standard Shipping Policy
Tibi.com will provide a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date. When placing your order please be aware that UPS does not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services nor does expedited delivery include weekends. Please note that Tibi cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.
Tibi.com currently processes international orders through the website to the following countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, China/Hong King, France, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, Singapore, Netherlands and Sweden. In addition to the delivery fee at checkout according to the shipping rates below, CUSTOMER WILL BE REPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL DUTIES AND TAXES TO THE CARRIER UPON DELIVERY. For packages that are turned down at delivery, customer will be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

Orders placed by 2pm ET shipping UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day Air will be processed the same business day. Orders placed by 2pm ET shipping UPS Ground will be processed within 1-2 business days. When placing an order during sample sales, promotional periods or on a holiday please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Standard Return Policy
Tibi.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please familiarize yourself with the details of our Return Policy.
For orders shipped within the United States, Tibi.com will accept returns of full price merchandise within 14 days of the date on which ordered items are delivered to you. For your convenience we include a return label in your shipment. Returns for Store Credit are complimentary when you use the return label provided. Should you wish to return your item(s) for a refund using our easy return label, $8.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
For orders shipped internationally, Tibi.com will accept returns of full price merchandise within 20 days of the date on which ordered items are delivered to you. Upon receipt of your return request we will send an email containing a return shipping label. If you choose to use the UPS label provided by Tibi.com, the return shipping fee, $34 USD for Canada, $78 USD for Europe and Asia, $100 AUD for Australia, will be deducted from your return merchandise credit. In addition, all duties and taxes to return your items will also be deducted from your return merchandise credit.
Please note, all sale merchandise, sample sale merchandise, and special items* are final sale and may not be returned.
*Special items include: Reinhard Plank for Tibi Straw Hats, Anita Ko for Tibi fine jewelry, Paige Novick jewelry, MSK Scarves, and Gift Cards.
Returns must be received by Tibi in their original condition, not having been worn, or altered, and with all original tags, belts, designer packaging, and other items which may have accompanied your purchase still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless item is damaged or Tibi has made a shipping error. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In the event Tibi.com has processed your order incorrectly or your item arrives damaged, please call customer care at 1-888-420-3334 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, so we may assist with an exchange.
How to Request a Return
To request a return please log in to your Tibi account and select “View Order” for the order you wish to return. Next select “Create a Return” on your order information tab. Under My Returns select the item you wish to return and the return type, as well as the reason that you wish to return your item. If you would like to return more than one item from your order, select “Add More Item to Return”. Select “Submit Return Request” once your return selections are complete. Please note that we cannot process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item select Store Credits as your return type, return the garment you wish to exchange and place a new order upon receiving confirmation that your return has been received and processed.
Receiving Your RMA Number
Your RMA number will be sent to you via email once your request has been authorized. Please note requests received Monday through Friday 9 am to 6pm ET will be granted the same business day. Return requests received outside of these hours, on holidays or on weekends will be approved the next business day. Once you receive your RMA authorization email, please proceed with sending in your return.
Returns Are Easy- Here’s How to Send Your Return to Us
1. Write your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the return portion of your invoice that was included with your original order and include this with your shipment.
2. Use the return label provided with your shipment by dropping off at any UPS store or drop off location. Please note that a fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund. There is no fee to return an item for store credit that can be used for an exchange or another purchase.
If you do not wish to use the return label provided you may use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a courier that will provide you a tracking number. Tibi is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Products purchased for commercial services (i.e. print/tv/film/visual productions) may not be returned. Requests for samples of this nature should be directed to the PR department. Please note that availability of samples is not guaranteed.
